I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but the last two times I’ve gone they got my order wrong. I go through the drive through because that’s all that open and when I get home I see it’s not what I ordered. The first time I ordered a #4 but got a number 5. The next time I ordered two soft tacos and got two hard tacos. They really need to fix this issue. Especially sense the order screen is not working right now. You’re not able to verify your order.

I Had Stopped To Get 2 Soft Shell Tacos. And Decided To Go Inside Instead Of Going Through The Drive Through. The Dinning Room Was Not Clean. The Tables Had Not Been Cleaned And The Condiments Were Not Stocked. So, I Took It To Go. Had I Have Gone Through The Drive Through They Would Have Rated Higher Because I Wouldn't Have Experienced The Uncleanliness.

This really has to be one of the worst-run fast food places I've visited in a while. Decided to stop to grab some dinner for the family on the way home. 30 minutes in the drive through for $23 worth of food. Food was fine, they got the order right, and the staff was nice enough for this trip. But that's been hit or miss here for other visits. Bottom line, just way too slow.

Place is always dirty and trashcans overflowing. 7 people behind the counter took 14 minutes to make me, the only person there, 2 tacos and a burrito supreme. Burrito was all tortilla, like a 12" tortilla you could barely bite through with less filling than a taco. Avoid this place even in an emergency!

Guess how long you have to wait to order? Guess how long it takes to get your food? Completely unprofessional, as well as the food order not being complete!!! Not sure who owns this place… but this is bad!! Seriously bad. As much as we love Taco Bell, this place needs to shut down, or hire more employees or something
