Burger King

We had our Daughter and Granddaughter with my husband and myself. We stopped in for lunch. We placed our orders, I ordered the half fries and onion rings. My husband brought our food over. We only had 2 fries I went up and the very Sweet guy (I think he was the manager) already had my onion rings cooking. He gave me a small full order of both fries and onion rings. My Granddaughter had water with her kids meal. So after eating my Chicken fries which are a bit too peppery for me. (I take a medication that makes my mouth very sensitive to pepper) but I went up to buy a bottle of milk to help my mouth from burning. He gave me a milk and a smile. He may not know but that really saved our day. So Thank you and Thank you for the great meal. They were UNDERSTAFFED and still made our meal Delicious and NOT A VERY LONG WAIT. The whole team were like a well oiled machine. No yelling or screaming just a hard working crew doing a FANTASTIC JOB.

Every time my husband and I have gone here we have gotten above and beyond good service, orders always correct, food comes out hot and fast, and the workers there are always very polite. We moved out recently, but we went there very frequently and it was definitely the only good and the best fast food experience within the area of Fillmore. We usually went at night bit did go during the day a few times. In particular, one of the employees we saw often we believe was named Louis, he had dark haired pony-tail and a black mask, we wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve as well as the other night guy with blonde hair and tattoos who was also always super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Ordering my food, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly energy and tone on the other side of the speaker. It took a few minutes longer than I'm used to getting to the window, but I didn't mind. I got to the window and was greeted with a face as friendly as it sounded back at the speaker. He did inform me that they were short handed and apologized for the lack of exceptional service. To the person working the window, that was actually the best service I've had there in a while and I want you to know you're doing a great job!

Always fast, orders filled correctly, never have had a problem at this location. I'm always satisfied, but always confused on lower ratings. Why doesn't this location have higher rating numbers? I have no idea. I'm happy with BK, and that's all that matters. Just cut out the annoying BK song commercials haha.

I stopped here quite regularlyOn my trips back and forth from Salt Lake to St George. I stopped here on Thursday night the 16th of March. Was surprised that they was as busy was they was yeah it was a little bit of a wait but really not to bad. They had three young men busting the orders out and they was doing a good job i was surprised that some of the customers where being rude to them and yelling at the the young man Mike handled it very well. I got my food and sat down in lobby to eat my food came out very hot n fresh even my fries where right out of thr fryer. I stayed about 30 minutes in lobby before leaving i told them good job n thank you that i would be back through. I stopped today and the same three was there w the store manager i let her know how much i like stopping at this location how friendly her n her staff are. She told me thank you hope u keep coming back here. I ordered my food again it was very good she brought it out yo my table and told me to have a good day travel safe and see u next time. She is usually always there when i stop in. She is running a good team and a clean store. Thank u for your serive. When i was leaving i liked hearing her tell her team your good a good job and she thanked them. Dnt hear that often from a boss.
