By far the most consistent Starbucks I've ever gone to.. my ONLY issue with this location is they will give you a bag for food and charge you for it without telling you it's $0.10 a bag. They should give the customer the option and not default to charging them for something they might not need.

I go here several times a week. The baristas are all very friendly and the drive through is quick even when it's a long line. I have never had a problem with my drinks. My only complaint would be that they run out of breakfast sandwiches.

By far the best Starbucks, owing 100% to the OUTSTANDING performance of the employees. Saturday morning at 830am was bonkers busy, I’d ordered a traveler via mobile app and almost to the exact minute it was supposed to be ready they had it done…I was early and got to watch them for a good 10 minutes and the speed and professionalism of every single employee was truly a sight to see, I have worked in retail for 20+ years and you know when you see a good team that works together and this team is one of the best so I had to come and say so!

Best Starbucks in Colorado!!! The food is always hot and delicious and my drinks are always full of flavor!! The customer service is above and beyond making sure your taken care of and happy! Thank you all for making my experience amazing! You all deserve a raise 😉

This particular location, Hancock and Academy has the best staff! I am a everyday early morning visitor and this location has 2 ladies there that work mornings that are just absolutely wonderful! They know my order as soon as I start talking (drive through). They are always happy and always very kind. I start my day great after visiting them and getting my coffee! I once in awhile visit in the afternoon or evening and actually did yesterday to find out the evening staff are also very wonderful! There is a younger gentleman that was working Drive-through and had the most addictive smile and super awesome personality, I was very pleased with my evening visit. I was with my grandson(4) and he asked if he could have a small cup of whipping cream.....(normally a pup cup I believe) but what kiddo doesn't love a big squeeze of whip cream also!!! Made his entire evening. We left in a great and silly mood with whip cream all over my grandbabies face! Lol I absolutely love this location's staffing choices, whoever does the hiring, has a great sense of people and their personalities! One of my favorite places to go, always greeted with a smile and always leave with a smile. Thank you to all the staff at the Hancock and Academy location. 😊

They were fast and efficient with my order, with 7 drinks. Despite being busy, they were kind and were able to make my drink perfect. They have tons of choices, but they did remove smoothies from their menu, which was a bit a disappointment for some of the people ordering with me. Overall one of the best Starbucks I've been to

Playful Puppuccinos for our precious pups! Of course we had to order yummies for ourselves: caramel ribbon frappuccino and shaken brown sugar oatmilk Expresso. We all enjoyed our treats immensely!
Additionally, the staff was gracious and happy...always so welcoming!
