Mr. Curtis at the Barnes, location Pizza Hut. Had very much so good customer service. I ordered a pizza and it came back to me wrong, but he was able to make it right and have them send out the right pizza that night. Thank you so much. Mr Curtis for being as awesome as you are. Pizza is just like ever other Pizza Hut what makes this place a piazza chain I will come back to is, the personnel that work there make this Pizza Hut stand out and not in a bad way ether. They took care of my order when there was a mistake not to sure where it came from but. Bottom line it was all taken care of.

Super fast service on a Friday night. This is huge when places are suffering from staffing and supply chain issues. Food was really well done and there were no mistakes. The wings could have used a tad more sauce, but that was a minor issue. Well done!

There was an issue with my online order. Miranda was understanding, professional and friendly, She corrected the issue and sent me off as a happy customer! She was an amazing gem of an employee and deserves a raise!! Excellent Job Miranda - you rock!!!

I forgot to add sauces to my pizza order so ended up creating a 2nd order for just the sauces. I was sick so requested the order be brought to my vehicle. The person who brought the order out ended up bringing both the pizza order and the sauces order at the same time even though they were ordered separately. I very much appreciated that. She was also very pleasant.

I was greeted almost immediately upon arrival, and my order was ready as promised. The associate quickly took care of my payment, including the easy use of Reading Rewards coupons without question or issue. She also ensured each item was prepared and cooked correctly, verified my order, and engaged with me in a pleasant fashion during checkout. We parted ways on a good note, and I left feeling like a valued customer.

Overall experience at Pizza Hut at this location was really good. Especially when you have them bring it out to your car it's pretty handy and a very convenient. And the pieces definitely good as usual. Just like Pizza Hut usually is and the customer service is pretty good too. No complaints at all

I have pretty high standards for food, especially for a place to be my regular go-to. This PIzza Hut has easily earned five stars from me. I am truly impressed. The food is great, but the service is beyond amazing. I'm not sure if Miranda, the manager, is new to this location, but she is truly a great leader and does a fantastic job of taking care of her customers. She truly seems like she cares about her job. Thanks for earning my business!
