The young man working didn’t seem interested in customer service at all, placed my food directly on the dirty counter and SLID IT TOWARD ME. I flat out told him that was disgusting and I’d like a new pretzel, which was hard and clearly old. He wiped his gloved hands on his pants and got me a ‘new’ one. I was so embarrassed for us both I just left and threw the pretzel away. With the health violations I witnessed and reading the reviews after-the-fact on YELP, it is clear either this same kid has numerous complaints or the entire staff needs an OSHA and health department visit. Disgusting.

Placed my order with Tanner who seemed clueless about the menu items he was selling. After finally completing my order, he tells me it will be about 15 mins, no problem. I take my receipt and we sit & wait. I approach the counter to collect my order, he didn’t have it ready, he then serves part of the order and says it will just be a few minutes more for the rest. As I am waiting, I hear his coworker ask what we were waiting on. Apparently, Tanner who was taking orders did not relay the items that were needed to the cooks and lied to me when he said they’d be ready in a few minutes, as they hadn’t even been started. I ask for a refund because at this point it’s been 25 minutes since the initial order and I don’t even want the food anymore. At this point the young lady working with them asks what happened, the coworker says, “Tanner didn’t tell me there was hot dogs in the order” to which Tanner, with all the audacity he could muster, responds “I didn’t know!” Tanner sir, you were the only one beside the customer who knew 🤦🏽‍♀️ It escalated from there between Tanner and I, as I 1. Made Tanner apologize for lying and attempting to throw his coworker under the bus for his mistake and 2. Just being rude and disrespectful. Tanner do better! Auntie Annie’s stop hiring Tanners!!

We've been coming here for years. All of a sudden the same exact order we order every time doesn't qualify for the buy 3 get 1 free. Cashier kept rambling on about how he just started and isn't going to get in trouble. There is a 5 foot sign as you walk in, lol. Then kept rambling about hours being cut like that has anything to do with my order. We'll just drive to castle rock instead

I used to really enjoy the pretzels here, but today they were burnt and hard. My husband and I had one bite and I brought them back up and asked if they could give us fresh pretzels that weren't burnt. The young employee said they are all like that and they have always been like that. I told him no, they weren't always like that. I looked and all the pretzels were burnt on the bottom. I think the employees need more training.

RIP OFF False Advertising! Do NOT do business with them. There are other pretzel options in the same mall. Today there was a sign saying buy 3 get one free. I paid for 4 before realizing Kiera had charged me for 4 then she said you have to mention the add to get the deal. BULL! Here's the ad I took a photo of. She out right LIED. Avoid them like the plague.
