I don't usually have the best experience here. I stopped going for a long time. My daughter wanted to go here. I got cheese sticks and she got a Ocean Breeze. For the first time in a long time I didn't get the same associate that gives me bad vibes. But it was a good experience this time and I'm happy to leave a good review. My food was hot and the service was pleasant. My daughter loves Sonic so thank you guys for a good visit.

Horrible customer service rude and impatient when I was ordering. This was the first time going to sonic ever and wanted to know what kinda shakes they have and the guy that was serving me laughed at me and said seriously then with with an angry tone started telling me the kinda shakes. Overall super creeped out that people like him still have a job in customer service. Definitely don’t recommend.

Waited in drive thru line to get 2 mini shakes for my kids after going to a farewell gathering by my unit since we are deploying again. Waited for 30 minutes and when I went to get the shakes and asked “Israel” if there was a military discount he said I should have told him before ordering then suggested I go back around and reorder to get the discount because he can’t do it and there is a line. He said he was the manager and to talk to “Jaime” his boss.
Totally boycotting this place and will encourage all of my fellow military brothers and sisters to not to give them any business if this is how they prefer to treat our service members.

We went thru the drive thru for a couple of drinks and sides. Service was quick and efficient with 3 cars in front of us. Food was freshly prepared and service was polite and friendly. We moved from a town that had a well managed Sonic. We will continue to come to this one off of New Car Drive. Thanks for your work.

Just purchased meals for my family at the drive-thru at this sonic location. It was horrible. When given our order, the milkshakes look a little watered down. I asked the gentleman at the window. He said the ice cream machine was not working properly. I was about to return them and ask for a refund, but kiddos were very happy about the milkshakes so I decided to let it go. Had I known what the meals were like in the bag, I would have return the whole order. The entire meals were cold including fries, onion rings, tater tots and jalapeño poppers. The burgers tasted so bad I didn't allow my family to eat them, in fact we didn't eat any of the meals we had to throw the entire order away. Shame on the owner for allowing your employees to serve this food. I invite you to contact me to discuss this situation and how our family wasted $40 at your business.

Sonic's food and even ice cream treats have declined in quality, prep, and taste. Hard bread, dry meat patty, cold fries, etc.. AND, the price is absurd! Stay home and cook, or at least go get a decent meal at a restaurant for the same price. Burger, fries and drink meal for 1 person is now $18+. You can get your own meat and make burgers for a big family for that price. I once asked why is this item $1.50 more than last time? The employee said that since the wages had to be raised, the owner had to increase menu items to cover the cost. Yep! The old Trickle Down practice. I'm so done!!!!!!

We waited in the drive up stall for 20 minutes after placimg our order.They FINALLY brought out our 3 shakes. Half full.. the girl cares none. When I get home I give the half full shakes to my family. Every shake was completely wrong. And tasted absolutely sour. Call the store and speak to the " manager" Isreal. I told him the shakes are wrong, but most importantly they taste sour, and spoiled. He puts me on hold for 10 seconds, gets back on the phone and says " I just tasted it and it tastes fine, sorry can't help you".... bravo sonic
