This app charged my phone and never sent the order to the store! This is not the stores fault! Please fix this issue. The manager on duty knew about the issue and was awesome which is the only reason why this is rated 5 star! Fix your app and give this man a raise!! Didn’t get the name but he was there 12/6 at 5pm. Thanks!

I had an issue with my mobile order that I placed. I selected this location and even ordered while I was in store but for some reason it sent my order to a Taco Bell 20 minutes away (yes it was my fault for not double checking) but AJ went above and beyond. He still took care of me, gave me my food and it was very fresh and delicious! I really appreciate his customer service and for still allowing me to have a great experience even though he did not have to!

The $1, $2, $3 menu options are some of the best deals offered by a QSR. Please continue to offer menu choices at $1, $2, & $3 prices. The $5 boxes are always a good value, please keep this menu option. Taco Bell has the best value deals compared to most other fast food restaurants. We really appreciate the affordable menu prices. The service is pretty good most of the time. There are some locations that have difficulty keeping taco sauces in stock and will not have any taco sauces for the customers, although that's only occasionally.
