Where do I begin? Mack’s Cash grocery (AKA Mack’s restaurant) has the best burger in SC! I found out about Mack’s from a SC eats guide which said this place was voted for best burger in Columbia and it definitely lives up to that statement! Great tasting Patties, perfectly melted cheese, fresh ingredients, and the good old fashioned sesame seed bun to top it off! They don’t mess around when it comes to getting your order to you as fast as possible! When you walk in and go to the back to put your order in, more than likely you will be out of the place with all your food in 5 minutes. The prices are also some of the best for the quality of food I have ever seen. A double cheeseburger and a large drink will only put you back about 8-9 dollars! I really like their milkshakes as they are the old fashioned style, but recently every time I go the shake machine is down. The place is older so I can understand that older machines are harder to fix. All in all, Mack’s is The best burger in SC. Hands down. 9.5/10

Mack's is like stepping back in time to a place where everything just seems a little better. And we went absolutely overboard, but we had to try a few things too. The burger was great. I can see why it was voted best in Columbia. The sausage dog was perfect. I literally can't think of anything that could have been better on it. The onion rings were great as well. The truly incredible thing is that all that was still under $15, everything was cooked to order and ready in no time, and the staff was friendly despite the lunch rush (the line was out the door).

First time visiting and I can't believe I waited so long to do it! This is by far the best burger and fries I had in Columbia. Their hamburger is how a burger should be - simple and fresh ingredients You can taste the quality of the meat. The price is unbeatable. And they are fast too! I recommend Mack's to anyone looking for quick, affordable and delicious lunch. I'll come here frequently from now on.
