The manager name Renee was rude and disrespectful all the drinks needed to be changed she told me she was to busy to change them so I said I paid for a drink she kept ignoring me she was also talking bad about the people in drive thru because they had the same complaints. Don't go to this place and the food well cold burnt raw

We went for the newly advertised Wagyu Steakhouse burger. I received an overcooked crispy and dry burger. Hubby received an undercooked burger. Restaurant did not have the main ingredients for the sandwich. No American cheese. No tomatoes. We both had to look for the thinly & I mean thinly almost non existing sliced onions. Asked for no pickles but I definitely got them. They must of counted the pieces of lettuce on each sandwich, maybe one leaf torn into pieces. Both of us had "refried" crinkle cut french fries. Will try again but not this location. They were not busy. Not crowded. No excuse for this food. This was a $20 meal.

I just ordered 2 French onion dip combinations and should be paying the difference for a special drink not paying the special drink separately and still not getting the drink that comes with meal then topping if off not even getting the dipping sauce… all service industries now the worst service and owners only care about there bottom line not producing a quality product or service
