Papa Johns Pizza

Six months ago I could order from this store and it would be delivered on time, almost every time. Today I placed an online order at 10:30 for delivery at 11:45. The pizza arrived at 1:02. This is the third order this year that has been either not delivered at all, or was over an hour late. The pizza is fine, and I understand that drivers are hard to find, but 75 minutes late is just unacceptable. I will find a new place to order lunch for our office.

They marked our pizza as delivered even though they didn't deliver anything. They also seem to hire a lot of drivers who don't know how to find an address. Store staff were not polite with my wife despite how polite she was. Reading some of the other reviews, there seem to be a lot of other people having the same weird experience as us. There's something fishy going on at this location. Get your pizza elsewhere.

If I could rate a -10 I would. We ordered a pizza at 12:15 am and was told it would be delivered within 30 minutes waited 45 minutes no pizza. Called back and was told they were closed that we had apparently ordered through their call center. Don’t really care. Ordered a pizza, prepaid for a pizza and never got it. Will never order papa John’s again.

Very rude employee the moment I walked in. As soon as I walked in the door the employee said, “can I help you” and I said “hello” I was about to place an order to which they asked if I was trying to place an order I said yes then they told me I had to call it in and she held her hand up to her ears like she was making a phone symbol and she started to walk off. Then from around the corner she said, “or order it online” and she was gone. I should have stood right there where I was and called because later when I got to the car I noticed her walk back up to the register and answer the phone to take an order but she was so rude I decided just to leave. Not worth my time and definitely not worth spending any money there.

if i could give zero stars i would. i placed a small order of cheese sticks and poppers. after 35 minutes they call and say they ran out of poppers and offered me something so i said cool. then i wait another hour and call them and they say they're sending someone now. they purposely waited until when they close to cancel my order. waited two hours. they stole my money and denied my calls even when they were still open.
