Firehouse Subs

Waited OVER an hour for an order that was placed online. Just to get our order and it was completely wrong and disgusting! Definitely want management to reach out about this issue and want a resolution to this issue! When there’s over 5 people working, reading the tab on how we want our food, it shouldn’t be incorrect. And let’s say the lease, that we get home and it’s wrong.

Not the greatest sub. Bread for some reason was hard (not only at this location seems to be an issue at the majority of locations had the same (bread) problem in TN. Sub was warm, not hot. (Waited and dined in should have definitely been hot) Otherwise, customer service was good, and the restaurant was reasonably clean.

Terrible service and order was wrong. When I got to this location, there was no one in line and 3 ladies working - two at the register and one sweeping. I placed my order and one or two guys appeared while I was ordering. Then I waited and waited. There were 6 guys that finally appeared behind the line not working but instead chatting and goofing off. Still waiting. And waiting. More and more customers came in. One guy that came in after me was already getting antsy for his order. Finally after 20 minutes placing my order, I get it and it's wrong! I should have checked before I left 🤦🏼‍♀️ $10 for wrong sub and terrible service. Subway is looking like a better option next time I need a sandwich!
