This restaurant need to closed down. I have already started the process of having a protest in front of the restaurant. I turned in the video to the proper people and the restaurant will be getting a fine. I am also filing a lawsuit against the restaurant for hiring neglectful employees and especially manager. I was threaten by two employees, was argued downed by the employees and the manager stood there and did nothing. I was told by the employees keyanna in front of the manager, that she doesn’t care about the job, the job need her and not the other way around. The manager still didn’t do nothing but stood there while the employee continued to be disrespectful to me and two elderly people.
Not only that, the food was disgusting and somethings like the fries wasn’t fully cooked.
It seem that this restaurant values disrespectful employees, hire managers that don’t do their job or care about there job, and most definitely compromise the integrity of the business.
I will be releasing the video on several platforms, so people around Untied States and especially the citizens of South Carolina to be aware of this rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, owner not caring or trying to fix the problem restaurant. I have seen many bad reviews on this restaurant alone and owner claiming to solve problems but nothing has been done. So when you see them on these reviews apologizing, it doesn't really mean nothing, especially when the problems remain the same.
Both employees should be terminated along with the manger who seem not to care about the job as well. The owner need to take the time to come into the business and see what neglectful employees they are hiring. I will never be a customer there again and have informed my entire hospital about the incident as well . Charges are in the making of being pressed against the two employees and manager and civil suit will be brought against the restaurant as well. I recommend no one go to this restaurant because your life will be in danger.

2 year update: Now Captain D’s if y’all didn’t want to change the grease or cook my fish all the way in the old grease, just say that! I could’ve went elsewhere.
Haven’t had Captain D’s in so long and was craving it! Highly disappointed! I have no idea why these restaurants don’t throw old food away instead of giving it to paying customers. This stuff looked like it was 3 days old! It’s ok to be honest and let customers know the side they want isn’t fresh. Better yet, keep it fresh! Shame on all of y’all!

Quick and relatively inexpensive for a small combo meal. I felt they shorted me one piece of fish which I requested. They complied and usually don't take long for a delivery.

Omg, this is one of my favorite restaurants ever! But when I got home my order was not fulfilled my fish was burnt on both orders I called back but was told to call back later. I'm very disappointed. What a waste of time and money. But customer service at the window was great can't discredit that!

Fish fried to hard food was cold broccoli, baked potato. Staff did not care. My mountain dew was not strong & tasty & when i brought it to the cashier at the window attention she stated she already knew thats why i was not charged for the drink.I asked for my money back & they asked for their food back. I will not go to Captain ds ever again.

The cashier was very nice and the order was correct. However, they were out of pepsi and cocktail sauce. Three of the four of us ordered sweet tea, which all had to be poured out. The tea was unsweet and cloudy so i think it must have been brewed incorrectly. We ended up going elsewhere buying more drinks as we had already left when we found the problem. If we could have gone inside, we could have easily fixed the drink problem, but it wasn't worth waiting in that drive through line again to try to fix.

It was old and dirty. The drive thru microphone didn't work and when I ordered at the window, there was a window unit AC above the drive-thru so the employee couldn't hear me and got my order wrong. Needless to say, I'll avoid that Captain D's from now on.
