Del Taco

Bought two chicken tacos del carbon, which are portrayed as fully stuffed taco shells on the menu display. Received almost empty shells. When I complained, the worker said they were made as normal for these menu items. I then said they could have them back and give me a refund. He refused the refund until I persisted standing at the drive-up window.

Grew up on this in cali. Drove 2.5 hrs to eat here for my husband's and my birthday. We asked if they do military discount. She said yes. Then charged us full price. It did not taste the same as on west coast and they were horrible people tbh.. Their dining room was closed so we had to order drive through and sit outside. Daughter spilled her drink immediately. Hubby asked to get it refilled and she said "we didn't spill it so you have to buy a new one" After we just spent $75 and didn't even get all of our food

Wow we love del taco but this was horrible. Only gave 2 stars because the attendant was nice. Fish taco was soggy and the ends were chewey = inedible. 1/2 lb bean and cheese burrito was so skinny, no way it was a 1/2 lb. Fry packet was not even close to full. Used to live out west and was so excited for this location. Have gone here many times but this is ridiculously. Too far away to turn back and waste more time on this, definitely put a damper on our day. How do u say fresh food and give a person that food. Disgusting mush ick. Make sure u look at your food before driving away people!

I can honestly say I did not care for their food. I tried that Del cheeseburger it was like a bad version of The Big Mac at McDonald's the Buns that they use was too thick in the meat was too small. I tried their chicken tender tacos the sauce that they use was nasty to me and the chicken tenders were fried too hard so you really can't even enjoy the taco. Their crinkly fries were okay it barely had any seasoning on it. I can say I did enjoy the strawberry Sprite that was delicious. I did try their beef taco as well the seasoning was very strong and spicy. My boyfriend got the double cheeseburger with bacon. I thought this Burger would have actual strips of bacon on it but all they had was bacon bits at the bottom of it. Needless to say this was our first and last time there.

As Del Taco lovers from SoCal from many years ago. My wife and I were excited to see one in our travels to Ocean Isle Beach NC. First off, we read the reviews before going and was set back a bit about all the negative reviews. Needless to say, we went not expecting much. We arrived early morning with only two employees working at the time. The wife ordered the two taco combo with fries and soda. I a combo burrito and a bean & cheese burrito with sour cream (I suggest everyone try it with sour cream, you can thank me later) Well, all I can say is…. Those reviewers must have come on a bad day as our food was just how we remembered. Delicious, hot and fresh. The only critique I have is the French fries although perfectly salted and tasty were slightly undercooked for our liking. And that is the reason for the 4-star rating. Thank you to Del Taco for reaching out across the country and opening more locations as I look forward to visiting this location on my yearly vacation trip to North Carolina .

I just moved out to South Carolina from Utah and I was excited to have a Del taco nearby. It was not the same as what I had back in Utah. The food was fresher the flavors were better and it had a better overall taste with a del taco are used to live in Utah. I do not know what’s going on with this location and if they’re using something different but it just seems that it’s very off far as the food goes.
