Mcdonald's

I went thru the drive thru..around 130 or 2 my ticket number was 380.i think..I ordered a kids meal 6 piece nuggets ,cheeseburger plain,mcchicken small ff, and dr pepper ,crispy chicken sandwich combo with fruit punch..the dr.pepper she gave us was like a cherry coke..so as u can see my crispy chicken sandwich was burnt could not even eat it ,tasted just like it looks NASTY!!.I had already got back on the road so I couldn't turn around..and I stay 4 hours away (clayton)..I was very disappointed about my food..Money wasted...

Rude, unprofessional and no care in the world. Chicken sandwich tasted like the chicken had been sitting for days. Not fresh at all. Window workers need better training on communicating and actually doing more than passing bags out the window. What's the point in putting fries in a container if only 3 fries will be in it and the rest are dumped in the bag. Horrible location. Need to be shut down or the manager need to be fired for allowing these things to happen.

Terrible. Especially the one on north main close to Wilson Blvd. They charge you for what u don't have. When u get your order it's never right. And don't stop to get a ice cream or a frappe because the machine is never working. And if u need a manager to correct your order you have to wait 30+ mins before someone comes. That location need to do better. Needs a lot of improvement.

No dine services at this location which is beyond absurd at this point in time of the pandemic. There is no justifiable reason that stores should not be able to let people come in and place orders to go. Especially when you’re parked right next to a truckstop and I just witnessed a bus load of people decide not to stay here because they couldn’t go inside to place an order. You are losing revenue!

Ordered in drive through. Asked for large sweet teas. They told us they didn't have any and asked if medium was okay. We said sure, that's fine. We understand. We drive up, pay and proceed to second window to get food. We request two bbq sauces. The lady replies 'theyre .28 a piece'. We say, 'okay. We have a card. ' she responds 'i don't have a register '. We then ask for just one. She walks away and ignores us. When she walks back, we ask again. We point out we accepted medium sweet teas, which are the same price as large because they didn't have any. Could we please get one bbq sauce. She walks away and ignores us again. Rude. Just rude. Gave 2 stars, because truthfully the food was good. Just not impressed by window service. And I think she was a manager.

Asked me to move my vehicle for Thier delivery truck. I guess Thier more interested in spending money than making money. Asked if I could get my food first cause it was to go anyhow and they wouldn't even take more order. Funny thing was when I pulled out someone else pulled in right where I left. I wonder if they refused service to them as well. Taco bell across the street lete park where I wanted and was glad to have me as a customer. I will return to that taco bell. But not that McDonald's.
