Horrible service, my mother in law was charged $7 for a small latte and when she asked for why her drink was so expensive she was told that the prices had gone up and the prices on the menu hadn't been updated. Everyone knows that you have to honor the price that is displayed. We later find out that she was refused a refund because the staff didn't know how to process a refund..... Avoid this place at all cost because it will cost you

Just want to give a shoutout to Nakiya for hooking me up the other day. I came in wanting 2 donuts and she quickly helped me. Because they closed in 10 mins she graciously did not charge me for them. She instead told me to have a nice day and not to worry about it. Very professional and friendly. It made my day and so i Thankyou!

I do not suggest this place at all. They are unsanitary, discriminatory, and just flat rude. I should've read all the other terrible ratings before I came. --- (1) Unsanitary--In the thick of the COVID pandemic, the service lady touched the money, then my donuts, then the next person's money. There was trash everywhere. (2) Rude/Discriminatory--As soon as we (a Black family) walked in, the service person nearly screamed, "the bathrooms are out of service." I replied, "we are here to buy coffee." She didn't shout about the bathroom to any of the other patrons as they entered. Then, my grandmother ordered two small black coffees. They gave us one coffee, and we asked for the other. The woman refused, and (rather than give us another 30 cents of coffee) she began shouting at my 70-year-old grandmother! I couldn't believe it. I don't suggest this place if you value cleanliness, non-discriminatory service, or decent service.

Please workers when placing the lids on HOT coffee, PLEASE make sure the lids are secured. As I was turning out of the parking lot the coffee spilled on my left leg. Thank God the area wasn’t bruised but I did add ointment to the area. I would not want this to happened to anyone else. I’m suggesting you take time to make sure the lids are tight. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

I am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer. I have had some interesting visits; however, today we stopped around 1:00 PM at the location at 7400 Wilson Blvd in Columbia, SC and the ladies who worked there were SO nice! From a friendly smile to being incredibly kind it made my whole experience! I ordered the smoked vanilla cold brew and the girl that took my order said she also loved it, stated she orders it with almond milk in hers which I then wanted to try and then asked if I wanted the cold foam as well, which I thought was so polite to ask! They even added the sprinkled cinnamon (I think that’s what it is) on top and every store has been hit or miss on that. It was just a very wonderful experience with wonderful ladies who seemed like they were truly happy to be there which made a difference that I thought should be recognized! Keep up the good work girls!

Don't bother with this location. A man made the drinks for the customer in line behind me and completed their order before starting to make my coffee. As I began to ask him why, the customer from two in line BEFORE me approached and asked for a refund because she was still waiting on her drink,(while 3 other people's drinks had been made) We both asked why? whats going on? we were told: "we're just trying to get all the orders out" and by the way, when you're open for business: unlock both doors!! It's the absolute height of lazy to leave one of the front double doors locked.

Slowest Dunkin ever. I came in at 8:28am, 2 orders in front of me when I walked in, and it took 18 minutes before the cashier finally asked for my order. I got a croissant with sausage and cheese, and 25 munchkins.... my order took 8 minutes to fill. Walked out the door at 8:54am. This made me late for work.
