Sake

Super slow service, rude and unaccountable owner! Star is for our server. Took my family for dinner, we had a large party the food was good, but not worth waiting over an hour to be served! Watching tables that came in after us receive their food. After asking our server twice on the status of our order, we asked to speak to the manager, who was the owner. He was unapologetic and flat out rude. Literally said "if you want your food, do not bother him". Come time to pay the bill, no apology, and we were charged full price. We have been dining here for years. This is the last time!!

Went in early evening recently and had a horrible experience. We were the 1st and only table. Took forever to get our drinks. We ordered some edamame and waited over 20 minutes for that. Meanwhile, obvious friends of the owner/staff came in and are served drinks and then apps almost immediately. They could care less that we were unattended while they laughed and joked with their new guests. Even the cook came out to say hi to the new table instead of getting our apps out. We walked out at this point and will never go back. I've seen this place go through so many changes and owners over the years and this is by far the worst current ownership.
