Chipotle Mexican Grill

$300.00 Catering order was a complete failure. When I called the 800 number to check status(after 45 mins late) Chipotle Rep told me to call the local store and blamed it on the delivery service. They could not give me a refund. I had to call a separate number to do so. To feed my crew during a serious deadline work wise, we did local pizza, and picked it up myself. Do you think the crew would have preferred pizza or Chipotle? Great for morale{sarcasm}, and a little embarrassing for me professionally. Chipotle you really need to: 1.) Own your mistake 2.) Make it easier to provide refunds. Empower your people to make decisions.

No one besides the person working cashier even acknowledged me. I'm was standing in the pick up line instead of the order line so she asked me to move over to the correct line so I could place my order. There was a gentleman that was presently working on a customer pick up order, but made 0 attempt to acknowledge my wait. I stood there for a few minutes and when someone finally came out I thought I would be able to have my order taken...but they came from the back, looked at me, and began making another pickup/delivery order. The location was dead in terms of customers. I was the only person waiting and had i been acknowledged I probably wouldn't have left and went to the restaurant down the street. The woman who helped me acted like I was an inconvenience to her for ordering my food. There wasn't any reason she should have done so. Later, upon going back to get more food for my children it was told that they no longer served quesadillas despite them being on the menu and able to order them moments ago. Again, all of this was done in an air of huffy, "I -can't-be-bothered-to-do-this," attitude.

Unfortunately… a pretty big fail. Waited in line awhile. Ordered my typical bowl. My son wanted a cheese quesadilla and so did my wife. They refused to do the adult quesadilla, fine. Requested 2 kid quesadillas for my wife. They were completely confused and did not know how to bill me. In the whole subterfuge of it, the cashier continuously put her entire hand into my cup I am supposed to get for soda. Overall a disaster.

Absolute garbage! We were visiting Philadelphia and back home Chipotle is a tasty, reliable option but this was just terrible. Our meal was thrown together and in the kids meal, they forgot to add some parts. For Chipotle, I’m very disappointed and they have always been great till now. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend.
