The app sucks but this store freaking ROCKS! The staff and management bent over backwards to help us out with a problem on the app. We’re supposed to get some benefits but they weren’t showing up. It was very frustrating! But these guys and without the park made us some freaky fast sandwiches and treat us like kings. Good times.

I ordered a beach club. Beach club specifically comes with turkey as the main ingredient. These people literally forgot to put turkey on the sandwich. Talk to the manager and he said that they get busy and these things happen. You work at a sandwich shop and forget to put meat on the sandwich you should probably quit your job. Also the manager was not apologetic at all. Sounded like a complete a-hole. Literally didn't even offer an apology! Completely their fault and everyone I talked to about it was extremely rude. I work in sales and customer service and absolutely would apologize as much as I could for my mistake if I were them. But their manager honestly doesn't deserve his position. I work near this place but I'm just going to get delivery from a different Jimmy John's from now on. The least I can do for this place is never give them my money again. Now I have to go back to get my sandwich remade without any compensation for my time or inconvenience. If I could give a negative star I would. I swear on my life I will never give this place my money again for how they responded to a situation that was absolutely their fault.

I am so disappointed in this place all the way around. On three different occasions my order has been made incorrectly and not by just one error, this is multiple errors. Also tried contacting the store directly to have it corrected, but management will refuse to communicate with you. Luckily, I got to my daughter’s sandwich to look at it before she ate it. She is allergic to milk and cheese, of course they took it upon themselves to ignore my order and put cheese on her sandwich. Thank you Jimmy Johns on Rainforest Parkway for providing the worst service and communication.

Okay so previously this was our go to quick lunch spot…. Lately? It’s been horrible. You’re yelled at when you come in. It doesn’t seem to matter how far in advance you order only it won’t be ready. Today the dude was just texting, literally on his phone, and yelled as I walked in “if you’re looking for your order it ain’t gonna be ready” okay…. With no follow up. Thanks? The last three times it’s taken over 40 minutes. Freaky fast is not a thing here. It used to be so much better but now it seems like some of the workers are inconvenienced to legit just do their job. I couldn’t care less about the fluff, just don’t yell at me and have my 1 sand which ready in under an hour? Idk.

Wasn't a bad place and the food was fast and good and the in people were exceptional and nice and really freaking friendly and courteous and I don't think I have ever seen this before I a fast food business before cuz there were so meedy to my expectations and willing to help me get what I want for and couldn't ask for a better day and service
