Burger King

Burger King on business loop sucks. The last few times I've been there there has only been 1 other car in the drive thru and I was left sitting at the speaker for a good 10 minutes before I was told it was going to be another 10 minutes before they would take my order. Understanding that everywhere has been short staff I waited patiently. I ordered a double cheeseburger, when I finally got my burger the bun was so hard. This has happened multiple times. The customer service is horrible. Today I went with my 2 young children and they kicked us out of the lobby very rudely. No apologies or anything. They need new management or something because whoever is managing that store is doing a horrible job.

At this particular Burger King (Range Line Rd) the food was typical fare... However special mention should be made for the only server that was on duty on a Saturday evening at 6:30. She was very friendly and was singularly responsible for our order prep. Through it all she did a great job. The "service":was our best to experience!

This place is ridiculous... We stopped there today (for lunch at 1:30 pm) because there was hardly anyone in the parking lot, and one other car in the drive through. We pulled up to the drive through l, and it took 13 minutes before they'd even take our order. Two cars behind us gave up and drove off. It took ten more minutes after ordering to get our food. The food is decent, but don't come here if you're looking for anything fast.

A few times now. I order through the app for delivery, they are Always out of something. Worse when they are too lazy to make a fresh burger. I will get a sandwich that has had the items I am allergic to taken off of it. More than obvious that it was done. How 2 Hershey pies that equal $4+ come out to 4 burnt cookies that equal $2, I don't know. Before people try to jump me for not knowing what it's like. I worked at burger King throughout highschool and college and you made the food how it was requested.
