Charleys Philly Steaks

Very rude employees. Talked to us like we were trash and gave attitude to everyone in line, didn't take my order properly because of the mouth, and then left during taking our order because we asked what sauce was on the ultimate fries. Couldn't even make eye contact with a older woman to hand her a fork properly! The only employee that seemed to care was a man on oxygen! Whoever this guy is, he is the real mvp and deserves a raise. The rest need to be fired. For the service I had, I won't ever eat there nor another Charley's again. P.s. I don't like the way the other employees treated him like a mule.

It was a good cheese steak sub. Idk if its the number one cheese steak sub in the world like they claim, but it was a good cheese steak. Didnt get tomato on ot cuz they were out. But the food was great and the staff was friendly, patient and understanding of what we wanted. I will definitely be back for another in the future.

This place use to be so good. The last 3 times we were not able to get food. One day they closed early, the other day they said they are not serving anyone for 15 minutes and today they said to wait 10 min until the person comes back that’s in charge of the register. It was lunch time and they went to get coffee 🙄
