Koko's Mini Market

I went there this evening to buy an 18 pack of Miller Lite. On the door of the refrigerator that had the 18 packs, was a sticker that said the price was $14.99. Right next to that, also was the price of the Coors light which was also $14.99. I walked to the counter and was told it was $16.99. I said it says on the door $14.99. She goes well that’s not the price anymore. I said that’s what it says on the door. She walks over to the cooler sees the price on the sticker and rips it off the door. Also sees the price of the Coors light and rips the $14.99 sticker off of the door. We go back to the register and she still says the price is $16.99. Would not give me the price that was on the door. Not only did I not purchase the beer I also did not purchase the $20 bottle of tequila and walked out. Never going there again

I’m very respectful, the last few times I visited this store, the same lady at the register and her coworker(s) made remarks in their language and looked at me giggling. It’s obvious they’re talking trash. They take your money and talk about you in front of your face, which is why they get 1 star for horrible customer service. I will not be going back

BUYERS BEWARE This store sold a 3 liter box wine which was tainted, claimed they could not return it to the distributor (verified untrue per RNDC) and refused to exchange or return. The staff person was nice but the OWNER refused this. Consider buying wine from King’s Contrivance, Star Liquors, or Snowden River instead. Lost a customer for life over $20.00. Hope it was worth it
