Dunkin'

I love going to dunkin. My son and I do it often. It's like our thing. Anyway, We went there today. Ordered 2 extra large hot coffee one with cream and sugar the other black. Thank goodness for the cream and sugar because the cap was not secure and the cup collapsed as she handed to me. I have first degree burns from it on my hand and thumb. Accidents happen. She said she was sorry about it. I went inside and cooled it off with water. She gave me ice for it. Then I had to get my car washed to get the coffee cream and sugar off of it. Cost me 18 dollars to do. But then, I get home and my sandwich looks like this. ...really??? Talk about adding insult to injury

Every time we go to this Dunkin' donuts the cashier or the person with the headset has an attitude. They don't listen they do not repeat the order back to you and they make your coffees and sandwiches wrong. One lady consistently cuts you off before you can even finish saying your order. I will not go to this Dunkin' donuts ever again. I ordered a sandwich and it came out cold as if they were serving old sandwiches.

First off, their drinks are always extremely bitter, and even when I ask for extra caramel, they still taste the same. Bad. So I went in to ask for a few more pumps of caramel, and the manager proceeded to yell at her staff telling them that they should not be giving out extra caramel. She was very rude to me and her workers, I don’t like this Dunkin’

Let me start by saying I LOVE Dunkin. But today, y'all, it was bad. Busy drive thru, so I parked and went in. Then spent 20 minutes listening to the employees yell at each other while waiting for my coffee to be made (incorrectly and only 2/3 full). Worst part was, the yelling was coming from a manager. She was stressed because the people in the drive thru were being ugly because they wanted spider donuts. So she was reaming out a girl about not coming in early to make extra spider donuts. The other girl: late because her special needs kid got sick. Guess what?? Her sick is more important than your spider donuts Every. Single. Day. All. The. Time. Manager: pick a different/less stressful job or learn some compassion. Drive thru people: get over yourselves. No one needs a stupid spider donut that bad. I won't be back. Good thing there's a new coffee place opening soon.
