So good! Relaxed atmosphere, great coffeehouse. Awesome food from their salads to the CBR. Good selection of pastries. I can't believe that I had no clue about the Second Street Bean. I will be back.

It’s better than Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonald’s. When the Christmas celebrations are happening downtown I always go to 2nd St. Bean (I recommend the London Fog tea).

Fresh ingredients, comfortable and eclectic atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the chicken salad croissant. It's my go-to at the Bean. I also enjoyed an iced coffee flavored with cinnamon and white chocolate. Yummy! Also they have an extensive selection of flavored syrups for sale, along with little coffee-oriented gift items and snacks. There are books available if you would like to relax and read while you enjoy a beverage or food. And a kid's corner with books and toys. Really makes it fun to eat local!!
Full disclosure: I know the new owner. But it's all true, and she is carrying on with the quality and atmosphere the Second Street Bean has been known for since opening. Well, maybe even better!

Love the quaint bistro feel inside and the fresh ingredients!! Never had a dish I didn't love. This is the crawfish bisque. Très délicieux!!
