Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

First time visiting this ice cream shop, and I was very pleased with the customer service! I got a cookies and cream with the waffle cone, the waffle cone was a little salty, and I’ve never tasted that before with any waffle cones I’ve ever had..but it complemented the ice cream. And Alden was just a sweetheart. Keep up the good work!😃

Decided to give this a try, was happy I did. Its different from other Ice Cream joints - the flavors are different and changing. Tried one that was made with buttermilk and was flavorful and creamy. Tried another which was more of a sorbet- also very good. Would go back, little pricey and more somewhat 'gourmet' type of establishment, but still very good.

This is my favorite Jeni’s location! The dining area is spacious and well air conditioned and there is rarely a line longer than 2 people- unlike the short north location where you could stand in line for an hour. The ice cream is top notch- not only the best in Columbus, but the greatest of all time. They source locally, are a certified green corporation, and have a dairy free line that tastes pretty good! Definitely go if you haven’t already and splurge and get the waffle cone- it is incredible. My favorite flavor is brown butter almond brittle, but there are so many incredible flavors.
