Silla Restaurant And Karaoke Bar

We have been going to Restaurant Silla for years, and now they are under new ownership. Fortunately, the food is every bit as good as before. The new owners completely overhauled the interior to a beautiful space and I'd like to come back and eat in sometime. We ordered takeout and I had some amazing beef dumpling soup. My wife had pork kimchi soup. Staff was extremely nice as well. Also, one of the only places open past 11PM gets additional points. We'll happily keep enjoying this place.

For those that have been before, in the past few months, this place has gotten even better, if that was possible. They have completely remodeled inside and have a new chef which has improved on their already great dishes. My wife lived in Korea for 3 years and is so happy to have authentic Korean with huge menu variety in Columbus. I’ll never bash Min-Ga, Gogi, or any of the other Korean places nearby as they are also very tasty, but this one is our favorite for the peaceful atmosphere, excellent service (especially from Moon, their primary server), and delicious dishes. Such a loving and home-y place. Very clean place, several side dishes included, and easy ordering on your mobile device so you don’t need to wait after being seated to get your order in. Large portion sizes; my wife and I usually get 2 dishes and take home half for leftovers the next day. Note: when you park in the big parking lot, walk down the narrow (but well lit) alleyway to find the main entrance. It is marked under the lit Silla sign overhead that can be seen from the parking lot. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Came as a small group for a late dinner tonight. I believe the new owner greeted us. She was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. The portion sizes are big enough to share between 2 people. I like that they were very generous with the amount of cheese on their Cheese Bul Dak. Their Half Yang Myum Popcorn and Half Fried Krunchy Chicken was very tender! We ordered multiple dishes but the chicken ones were the best! There is a good variety of banchan too! Make sure you check the napkin box on your table for the QR code for the menu. They also have a call button too. If you like karaoke they have it there as well.

Best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, the woman that helped may have been the owner and she was super nice and made me and my friend feel welcomed. We felt like family and were treated with the most respect it was so unreal and then the atmosphere was so laid back and relaxed. The inside looks very clean and brand new, you can tell the owner cares about the appearance of and service provided by her restaurant.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Columbus! Everyone is so kind and caring, the food is amazing (so far I’ve ate here three times and had a different dish each time and the food has NEVER been bad). (I believe she’s the owner) always checked on us regularly to make sure the food was okay and we didn’t need anything additionally and just with the few times I’ve been here I always feel so welcome and invited. I will definitely make it a plan to come here whenever I’m in Columbus. Completely worth the trip!!! I’d rate it even more stars if possible!

It’s been a long time since last time we visited, so walking in and seeing the new renovations was a little surprise. It’s cute and comfy. Host was super super nice, brought out a salad for us, then we ordered Japchae, seafood soon tofu and chicken fried rice. I was surprised when she brought out like 12 small dishes lol we had a good time.

I came here alone to enjoy a nice meal. Figured I'd visit someplace different for once. Upon entering, there were other customers, but it seemed to be a slow part of the day. I was greeted by a nice lady who showed me where I could sit and sat me at a large table to have all to myself since they were slow. There was no physical menu, but they used QR codes, which are at the table. In fact, the web app is set up nicely. It has your table number and shows you the entire menu plus drinks. You choose what you want and add it to a cart. Review the order and submit it. Once you select your drink, it seems you can grab them from the cooler yourself. With this being a Korean restaurant, there are an assortment of side dishes that are brought out. It was a nice relaxing lunch and atmosphere as there was music playing in the background. It sounded familiar, but I couldn't quite remember. It was more musical - maybe Disney music, perhaps? 🤔 For the food, I ordered the Korean beef, which I think was around $20 or $25. I liked it. I'd go back for more.

Amazing tasty food. Big seafood soup portion, as well as fried rice with omelette. Chicken wings was crispy and tender inside. Overall delicious. Service is fantastic and didnt have to wait too long for the food. Our server was super helpful and very nice. Thanks for a great experience. We will be back😊
