I'm currently new to the area, and EVERYTIME I visit this location my order is either cold or wrong! Today the store manager made my order incorrectly, twice! Her response to my frustration was "go to a different location." She made a lot of sense.

So I gave this place another shot, for the last 2 months. The atmosphere has changed drastically! I can appreciate the ability to make corrective action and stick to it consistently. My heart was warmed this morning, it makes me proud to be apart of this community. These guys are great and leadership really sets the tone for positivity and proficient customer service. I'm so proud of their progress and growth, truly heart warming!

I go there every day & a sure it's in the ghetto so who do you expect to work there? There coffee is always fresh & everything else is too. I go to Tim Hortons all over the city & this one is the most consistent. I forgot my wallet one morning & they trusted me to come in the next day & pay. The same girls have worked there for years. Plus anytime I go through with my dog they give him a tim-bit. So take that Doglover.

Friendly cashier. The place from the outside looked like it was closed. The quality of my drink was made perfectly as well as my husbands. Will come back again if on this side of town.

I love coming here, I work right across the street, I stop almost every morning for an ice coffee, you guys always seem to impress. My appreciation to the ladies I happen to see oh so very often at the window. I normally always get a M ice coffee but ask for them to surprise me with the flavor. They hit it spot on every time, again much appreciation.

Ordered today (5/8/20) at the drive thru, with a coupon. Order wasn't right at first, but was fixed at the window. Thanks to everyone there. I drive thru here on occasion and the food and service have always been good.

Thank you to Brenda and her coworker today , March 18th. Wish i would have caught her name too. Tim Hortons was doing free lunches for kids due to school being cancelled. I went to the central point Tim Hortons, they had excuses why they couldnt make the lunches. The kids were sad because they were excited about the lunch trip. So i drove the extra couple minutes to Central & Broad... And the ladies here were more than happy to give us the lunches. They were super sweet and even gave them a toy. Thank you guys so much for having such a good attitude in such a scary time right now... And making my kids happy 😄

I stopped going to Tim Horton's a while back because of the overall service was terrible, especially the Livingston and Parson store and Wilson rd was even worse. But today was a great experience. Staff was friendly and courteous and even though they were busy they were fast. Will be.going back
