Had to update - came through to give it another shot today and had a much better experience after 4 or 5 bad experiences.
The 2 people who handled my order today were prompt, they were friendly and the food was good!

We stopped by for an afternoon coffee break & were greeted at the counter with a smile from Angelica who was servicing both the counter & drive thru simultaneously never missing beat! Marian was tidying up the seating area making it spotlessly clean. This TH is well managed 🤙

This location always seems to fall short on customer service, supply & getting things right. On top of not being able to understand the person taking the order. English not so good.

I am from out of town, therefore I had never been to a Tim Horton's until Wednesday. They were very helpful to have me understand the menu/options I had. I was satisfied with my Mocha Iced Coffee with cream and sugar. This was a great place to fit for a few hours to do my homework as it has fast wifi. I have went back one other time since my original visit and plan to go more and more! Their hash browns are also DELICIOUS. Loved the employees here.

I was in Columbus with the wife and mother in law, and we were going to stop at Starbucks for coffee for the drive home but decided to try this place because we don't have Tim Horton's in Canton. I got a mocha iced cappuccino, and it seems to follow the same model as Starbucks being you get some coffee to go with your sugar. With that said, it was a much better value than Starbucks and the staff was much friendlier than I what I typically encounter at Starbucks as well.
