I wish I caught his name, but to the gentleman with the cool jewelry and tattoos that was literally the sweetest person at MIDNIGHT when a random fatboy wanted a Crave Case for his 6 hour drive back home, THANK YOU you literally made my night with your kindness and welcoming attitude. Also White Castle was, is, and forever will be my favorite fast food place, and this guy solidified that. Thank you, kind soul 🫡

I went through and ordered our lunch. The way I ordered everything was more expensive. The manager caught this after I had paid. She approached me and informed me that she wanted to re-ring the order and charge me the special price and not what I was charged. She saved me nearly $8.00 on my order. Everything was good and the order was 100 accurate. Great job Hilliard White Castle management and staff!

I always come here and I want to give a huge shout out to two guys that work there I could be wrong but I think one of their names is Henry and I can't remember the other guy name but they both wear glasses and they work from 2 ish to 3ish in the mornign they go above and beyond with their customer service the girls that work there are horrible. They never ask if we want sauce, barely acknowledge us.. These guys on the other hand make sure we get the sauce we want and are super friendly everytime I come here I hope one of them are there because I know the food will be fresh and right! I hope they see this seriously you guys are amazing.
