Chez Rama

It was nothing short of spectacular. I started with the yassa chicken, a dish bursting with flavor from the perfectly marinated chicken and tangy onion sauce. The thieboudienne, Senegal's national dish, was a true masterpiece. The tender fish and flavorful jollof rice were a match made in heaven. What impressed me most was the restaurant's commitment to authenticity. The ingredients used were fresh, and the spices were blended to perfection, capturing the essence of Senegalese cuisine. The portions were generous, and each dish was served with care. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Last week was my first time here and it was fantastic. The chicken was delicious and the couscous was among the best I’ve had. The cooked onions and couscous go very well together. The portions were really nice too and I like how they cut up the chicken to make it easier to handle. This will be my new go-to when I’m in the area.
