Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons always has fresh coffee. I recently visited this Tim Hortons and I appreciate the drive thru person informing me she was new and learning the system. She was patient and friendly. I think TH has one of the best donuts which is the Honey Cruller. Parking available surrounding the building. The drive thru is always fast. Great coffee and they always have great prices.

1st I would like to say ( breath taking ) , because I received a hello are a good morning, How can I help you, Didn't receive that from McDonald's or Wendy's when I visit them Oh I got was a stare At me, I also get where people is on their phone , scratch their headi, Pulling up their pants and they still got the gloves on gloves on ready to fix my food,in if i pic pic the drive-through I'm just sitting there a good minute And it seemed to me I should not have to be the 1st to say hello just to get somebody attention. I'm through with it finish:: So this is why I say it is very big change for me to have someone acknowledge me when I come inside the building Or the drive-through, so once again Tim Hortons , thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Working here has been a disappointment. Not properly trained which greatly impacts my work performance. Being treated with disrespect by one coworker in specific and being held to high expectations when little effort was put in to make sure I knew what I was doing since day one. The lunch is good though. Edit- its been a month now and things have gotten much better!
