I’ve been coming here since 2005 when I was a freshman at OSU. This Wendy’s is always dependable and can sling great food to the masses especially at rush hour. Consistently 5 stars.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The food was fresh . The lines during lunch time are busy, but during dinner, it was pretty fast.

Why are restaurants in the hospital more expensive than regular restaurants? That's my only complaint. My Mama was having emergency surgery. So my sister and I went done stairs of the hospital to Wendy's for something to eat. $27 for the 2 of us to eat, when it would've been cheaper at a regular Wendy's. We were freaking out because of our Mother who is still in the hospital. Have to pay for parking everytime we visit her. But to eat something besides cafeteria food you get charged extra is ridiculous.

I typically get a single with cheese. No ketchup. No tomato. Although they put ketchup on it, I was so hungry and the burger itself was so good, what wasn't ok was okay bc it was fresh.

The man working the morning of 2/22/22 was amazing. My mom was having carpal tunnel surgery and I was SO HUNGRY. The poor guy was working by myself and seeing as I work as assistant manager to a fast food chain I was more than happy to wait on him to do his thing. He was very sweet and I felt so bad for him. The woman in front of me gave him such a hard time for no reason, making like 3 guests leave the line.
Whoever he is deserves a raise and more coworkers so he isn’t so overwhelmed! Food was absolutely delicious, and hot!
Customers: Please be patient with food and wait staff especially in places like this and even more if they’re working alone! Running a store by yourself is a hard task as it is and it’s very stressful. Be kind, they have enough on their plates.
