I’d like to first note how I never review anything, but this HAS to be said so other people know. I’m not sure who is in charge of putting condiments on the sandwiches but for THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE learn what EXTRA means. I ask for extra mayonnaise every time and I NEVER get it unless I basically harass them about it. I’ve tried asking for it multiple different ways and they still serve me a sandwich with barely and mayo which makes it taste as dry as a bone. It’s really not a hard task, like just slap a pound of mayo on there and I’d be happy. Also-the tables are never clean in the dining room. Gross.

We wanted chili. They have changed it. It no longer is only red beans. It is a mix of beans. It hit the spot. The fries were very good too. The service was good. The staff gave a warm greeting while we decided. I needed help getting water from the fancy new pop dispensers. A staff member very kindly came over to educate me on its use. (I will be 78 years old very soon.) There were quite a few dirty tables around us. It seemed that the staff could have taken care of customers and kept up with cleaning the tables. But the door handles and glass was clean. However, all the ketchup supply was very low and all the packages were stuck together. Very sticky! I used to own 2 B-R 31 ice cream stores, so I pay more attention, probably, than the average customer. I would return to this store. But I would speak up about the ketchup 😏
