Chipotle Mexican Grill

Waited almost 20 minutes for an online order, which is fine. It happens. But the order was missing literally 1/3 of the ingredients (no mild tomato salsa, no sour cream, no fajitas, no medium green salsa) and if that's extra lettuce, I suppose you usually get 4 shreds here. Learned my lesson, not going back to this location. They were also out of tortillas and upon asking it had, according to them, nothing to do with the supply chain shortages, so bad management then.

READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS Ordered a burrito using the app and it looked like a square. Unfortunately this wasn't because I got quadruple meat, but because there were hardly any ingredients inside the burrito. Can't believe they charged me full price for half a burrito. Won't be coming back and I recommend you don't give them your business unless you eat the amount of a gerbil.

Made an online order an hour before pick up and when I got to the store it wasn’t ready. The guy working the register was very nice said they were making it. But when the girl brought out the bag after I waited 15 minutes she was very rude. She acted like I was putting her out to do her job. Then when I got my food the taste was not very good and the size of the burrito was about half of what it was a year ago. Also while I was in the store waiting it looked very dirty and the supplies for the drinks and utensils were very messy. The store was not very busy at the time I was in there so I was surprised at how messy it was. I won’t be going back to this location.

I never write reviews, but something must be done. This hands down has to be the worst Chipotle on the planet. It falls abysmally short in every single category. Portion size, temperature, staff friendliness, stocked ingredients, the parking situation. "Double chicken? Here's two half-scoops. Extra cheese? How about a delicate pinch." If you order ahead you'll be standing there for 20-30 minutes past your pickup time as you watch walk-ins receive their orders first. I have been to countless Chipotles as it has always been one of my favorite spots and it has become abundantly clear that this is an isolated incident. All other locations I've been to have always had phenomenal service, great portion size and tasted great. While it is the closest one to my house I'd much sooner drive to Kingsdale or Mill Run before subjecting myself to this place ever again.
