Cashier was very friendly and pleasant. The food was really good! I had a chicken and veggie pizza with some hot sauce. I also love the veggie sub here.

They realized that they had mis made the pizza before they handed it to me. But, they caught their error, and it only cost me a short wait. I've been a customer of this store for years, and I think they do a solid job.

I love the Northland Plaza Dr Donatos so much better than the Tamarack Circle location. Orders are always available, done when promised, fresh, employees have been extremely professional and friendly.

This Donatos point in westerville is just wonderful, the place is clean, the people who work there are amazing. It's my first time in this place and It's the best pizza. I will definitely be back.

I ordered pizzas for my daughter's baby shower. The pizzas were great and they guy who prepared them labelled each one individually. He also brought them out and put them in my car along with plates and napkins. He was awesome and a really nice guy said my bfs great grandson. 😊 Great service.

we drunk and we hungryyy- the pizza and wangzz came through- heyyyy!!! was told this location had a bad reputation for not delivering for late night orders but heyy!! jaylan wasn’t lying when he said its on its way- he just gotta know what time they close next time he’s asked coz he didn’t know- tipped the driver 20 bucks for coming through!! keep up the good work thank you kudos to the driver dont know what his name is but give him a raise !!!

We ❤️ Donatos ❣️ Always hot and tasty food. Good and fast service. I especially like using the app for ordering. The location at Northern Plaza has a drive up window. Drive up, pick up and zoom out! Hey are tentative and always ask if I want plates and napkins. Nice extra touch.

Small, pretty much take out only Donato's location (they do have a small table or two in their lobby). Generally their pizza is ready in a timely fashion and tastes like it should.

I LOVE Donatos pizza. It's my absolute favorite pizza chain. This location in particular has an excellent management team who focuses on customer service and always provides a great experience. Michael did a great job assisting me today on my pickup order, and ensured everything was perfect.
