White Castle

I have been a fan of White Castle for as long as I can remember. Growing up, a stop at White Castle was always a bright spot of any day. I still stick to the basics, but they are so satisfying, I don't need to explore the menu. Those steam grilled onions.... my mouth is watering, just typing this. Double-Cheesburger meal with substituting the onion chips. I have nothing against their fries, but I will take those deep-fried onion delights over crinkle fries any day of the week. The single combo is enough to fill me up, Medium Size on the onion chips. Small, leaves me wanting more. Large, will tell me later (of course, they are eaten faster than my body can tell me that I am full) that I ate too many. I was there before Craver Nation became a thing. I will be there when they come up with their next catchy theme. In fact, I will be there in the drive-through on my next night off. Did I mention steam grilled onions?
