I don't know who the pleasant young lady was at the drive-thru early morning on 9/22, but it was refreshing to have someone who gave such quality and polite customer service! That's rare these days in Columbus anywhere. Keep up the good work!

After living in Columbus for three years, I decided to get breakfast at this product of Canada just to add it to my experience list. Other guests apparently have their complaints, but I have to say that I'm not one of them. It was a good sausage biscuit sandwich with hash browns, delivered fast and fresh, and even though I told them they could hold the coffee (already had my espresso that morning), Tim Hortons included it, which was fine. In the final analysis, I'm glad they did, because it was exceptional, rich coffee for a fast food place. The biscuit was top tier as well - flaky, buttery tasting and warm. Personnel were there to please - all in all a great experience, which I can do nothing short of recommend.

Pleasant service. Enjoyed the new menu options. 1st visit in about three years. 1st time at this location. Small shop with awkward parking. Adjoining lot to Wendy's made busy corner spot more accessible.

The 2 for $4 sausage, egg & cheese good of taste & size, not small. This location at E. Main St. & James Rd. has a drive through. Inside dinning only good for single or a couple of people. They have one table for four, three tables for two which is barely enough room for all 6 seats. There is a location about 5 to 10 minutes North on the way to Easton Mall that can accommodate dinning for a family.
