day shift is a really good shift to order food from in my experience but I have literally gone there several nights after work around 1:00 a.m. or 2 a.m. and they either don't answer at all or tell you there's going to be a 20 minute wait on the food/computer......if you decide to wait the 20 minutes and try to order food after that they tell you again it's a 20 minute wait they do not stop saying that. It's literally any night of the week past 1:00 a.m. they do not work at all. I even tried to order them through Uber eats and they never answered the first driver and the second driver waited the 20 minutes like I did then, they never got back on the speaker. All they do is sit out next to the entrance of the building and smoke pot and when you try to call the store you can't get through because they leave the phone off the hook corporate needs to get this store together real quick😒

What is up with closing down for 20 minutes I’ve never went to a fast food place and then talking about they are going to close for 20 minutes. Every time I come the drive thru lights are off, I assume so people can think there close. And now there saying they can only take orders of 25$ max. Wow bad service I don’t blame it on the workers but on the managers, that don’t be more strict .you can’t be closing the store for 20 minutes. I’ve worked fast food before and never heard nothing about closing for 20m. Unbelievable seriously

The customer service was bad. I think someone grabbed the wrong order and took mine instead. I went to check to make sure they got my order since I ordered at the kiosk. They said they already sent out that order but I didn't get it. They were complaining in the back that they already made it and had to make it again. I overheard them saying it was my fault I didn't get my order and if something happens to the one they were making it was on me. I was the only customer in there and the drive thru was closed. To make up for my wait they gave me nacho fries which I appreciated. I also saw a worker eating food in the kitchen area with gloves on and never changed them out.

Just letting anyone in here know if anyone goes at night around 8 or after you won’t get your food. They either say their computer is down or they don’t even answer you even though you can hear them talking in the back. So even though it says it closes at 3 pm, you just won’t get your food after 8 or 9 so don’t waste your time like I did.
