Steak 'n Shake

Had the bacon steakhouse burgers with fries and the m & m shake. The burger was extremely small and the fries came in a small box. That was $12 alone which is crazy for such a tiny burger. The picture of the burger made it look big so I assumed it was! Shame on me, at least it was delicious, that’s what saved it. The shake was horrible tho! I’m sorry but the best thing on it was the whip cream. The shake tasted like old ice and I didn’t tasted any sugar. Also, the m & m’s tasted very old as well. That made the whole meal underwhelming.

My sandwich was not only so cold that the cheese wasn't melted, the bread was cold and I bit into a stable about 3 bites into the sandwich and threw the rest away. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered and I was too far away to turn back around. The Drive thru young lady was nice and the milkshake was yummy but I won't be back.

Went through asking for 2 combos both having large fries WITH garlic parm seasoning and large cokes with no ice. Both fries had no seasoning were small size and had to argue that fact with the people in the window. Pulling them out to show there was no seasoning on them. One coke was hardly even half full and had to then ask for it to be actually filled up fully. Also asked for 2 extra sauces was charged for both but only had one in the bag. By far one of the worst trips to one of my favorite places to eat.

Sat there and sat there. I first pulled up to pick up two orders for a delivery, next was told they hadn't received the order, okay so pulled around 5 mins later and ended up waiting in like 40 mins. One customer canceled mid trip when I finally got the food. What's sad is I saw a fellow delivery driver leave the inside of the store as I pulled into parking spot. I should have just went inside.
