The Honey Baked Ham Company

I went into this store today after making a online order, to save time and avoid long lines. After standing in line for an hour I noticed a man walk in, went right up to the counter , pulled out his phone to show his reservation and was quickly given his order. The line was wrapped around the store, the local police were directing the traffic. Granted it’s close the holiday so it was expected. However I did not expect for privilege to be blatantly used right before my eyes. There was no organization at all and I’m so disappointed I had to write this review. I will never use the service again if this is what I have to deal with

A give this store a high rating for consistency, value, cleanliness, and service. Although staffing is complex for most restaurants, this store consistently adequately staffed and the order completed with accuracy. The quality of food is consistently above most similar chain restaurants. The swiss-is-it remains my favorite sandwich.
