I ordered the mini beefy quesadilla but it came out looking more like a soft shell taco.

What wonderful service! Got there 3 minutes before closing and was greeted as if it was the start of their shift. Very professional and very prompt service. Large order was complete and correct in mere minutes! Highly recommend this particular Taco Bell.

They're always messing up Mobile app orders. I ordered my son a cheesy gordita crunch without spicy ranch. He got a crunchy taco with spicy ranch. We're both picky, so I gave him my soft taco and I ate chips and cheese for dinner. It wasn't worth the gas money to go back to fix it. Going to drive out of our way from now on and go to the one on Airport Thruway.

Shorthanded, but I sincerely believe this is always the case with Taco Bell. Doctor's usually recommend eating at Taco Bell if you are constipated or need a good bowel cleanse. I feel like the quality of food has really gone downhill. The Cheesy Chalupas that they currently have where the cheese is supposed to be cooked inside of it never has any cheese, or at least I never taste it and never get the ooey gooey affect that is advertised. Taco Bell do better!

Went threw drive threw orderd and asked for mild sauce. Got to the window and asked the girl was the sauce in the bag she said yes .look in bag thought they were on bottom of bag got home no sauce.tacos don't taste good without sauce.

Went through drive through a couple months ago. Food was great. What a difference a day makes. Went through tonight. Different crew. They were knowledgeable, respectful and friendly but food was not good. Crunchy tacos were soggy ( no crunch). Both crunchy and soft tacos had about half of the normal ingredients. Got a burrito. Filled mostly with rice and guacamole. No other ingredients. Just depressing.

If I could write this review and give 0 stars, which is what the deserve. Because of the "norm" we are going thru now. My husband told the cashier the order was in correct. They actually took the bag back in the restaurant, even though my husband did not have on gloves touch the contents of the bag. ETC. Spent $30 got 5 tacos 2 burritos, but not the $4 steak burrito. And no receipt they kept it.. So I could not call the fax number that is listed for the restaurant. WORST!! Service Ever!
