I used to get good food here a year or so back, it's been steadily going down hill. On one occasion I am positive my sandwich was microwaved, and the most recent time I've eaten here the sandwich I got, as well as the one my father got were completely inedible. The beef tasted like it had been cooked in pool water, like they watered down their broth with soap water. For the price you pay for Arby's I'd expect to be able to eat my food. I won't be eating here in the future.

What happened? This place use to have fast friendly service. 25mins it’s later we get our food. Gladly they were open. Time before they closed 2 hours earlier than scheduled

Honestly there is nothing that I can say about the food, but this is the slowest Arby's I've been to. They aren't the best with customer service but over all it is what it is. I would suggest giving yourself 30 extra minutes if you choose to go.

I have to assume they're not paying to get anyone in the store because I've had to leave the drive through line that wasn't moving repeatedly. It's a shame because this location usually has great service but I've never had Arby's good enough to sit in line for 30 minutes

Wait for 20mins in the drive thru. Then had to repeat our order 3times to get it right and still didn’t add the fries we ordered. Also didn’t apply the coupons we had that we told them we had at the order menu. Got home and the roast beef tasted weird and one of our sandwhiches had a hair in it! Horrible experience
