Seems to be a fairly new franchise in Columbus, Mississippi. Everything about this place is good. Super fast and friendly drive through and very nice indoor dining. Everyone there is friendly and efficient. A very good Chick-fil-A installation.

Make sure you check your bag!! I asked if the sauce for my tenders was in the bag and I was told yes. Got to my hotel room, my wife and daughter informed me that they did not have their dipping sauce.

Friendly helper, gave me tips on customizing my salad, such a joy to deal with pleasant and polite young people. And the salad was awesome. I will be back.

My favorite fast food in town. You can bet it will be busy but the customer service is the best around, the food is always good, and you'll have it faster than you expected.

1 fork for two people, no sauce in bag when sauce was requested, no napkins, an 8 count grilled nuggets when we ordered 12 count and the label says 12. 2 stars because it tastes good!

The food was fast and fresh. Dined in and the place was very clean. Had the place decorated for Valentine’s Day which was cute. The lady walking around cleaning tables was very sweet. Prices have definitely gone up.

Slow slow.. good thing that they were not busy when I went through or else I would have had to wait even longer. I know these locations are franchised, but some have the process down to a science, and others need to go back to school. 3 stars.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Nothing fast about this place at all. The fruit cup was barely half filled and then had to go back to get straws. Don’t expect the same level of service from this location that you get at other Chick-fil-A locations.
