Mcdonald's

I used to love this location but over the last few months their frozen machines are constantly down!!! The SWEET tea is ALWAYS unsweet even when i double check ahead of time. I started driving to Sun Prairie instead. Maybe find a company that will fix your machines same day like most fast food restaurants. I would Service Specialists since that what Dunkin uses according to their manager there. 😉

Do the people working at McDonald's want customers or not? I literally just went through the drive thru and got a $1 large fry (I have the app) and a large soda... I got up to the window and paid the $2.11 in change. And all I hear after I hand the change to the cashier is "did she just pay it all in change?!" Like he was mad about it. The cashier girl was nice but whoever that was probably shouldn't be working there if it's hard for him to accept the fact that some people pay in change. Sorry to say but sometimes that's all people have. I've worked there and have accepted WAY more in change.

Service here is non existent. Wait times will exceed 10min, regardless of what you order. I sat at the drive thru order screen for 5min, person came on and said it'll be a moment, 5min later they came back on to tell me they only have nuggets and McChickens and couldn't serve any other food. This was the 2nd time I've encountered this issue and would advise you to not waste your time. Go to the next exit, let this place shut down.

Like most I have been to hundreds of McDonald's. This is by far the worst I have gone to. Service is slow even when you are the only person in the drive through and customer service is terrible. Most if not all employees are rude. The nearest McDonald's to me other than this ine is 20+ minutes away and I make a point to skip this one when I have the McCravings.
