Johnny's Quality Fish Bar

Fast service. Good quality fish. Fresh and tasty. Chips could be a little less dry and stodgy with a slight crunch on the outside would be a major improvement. The batter was perfect. Pieces of lemon to squeeze juice onto fish would be very handy and the piece de resistance! Good value but unfortunaty, no longer a cheap working-man's meal / everday fayre @ $36 including 2 cans of fizz. The clientele.. ie had sports cars and Range Rovers etc parked up while they waited for their fry up. Sign of the times (and we are in Como / South Perth after all)

If it’s the fish and chips that you’re craving for, then this is the top place to get it, whether dine in or take away, this is the place. And during Holy Week especially good Friday, one must be early coz a lot is also lining up to get it. They serve big chunk of mussels and fish perfectly fried to a crisp. Didn’t disappoint.
