I just ordered a meal and the cashier was so friendly and helped me choose a meal. When the meal arrived it was fresh, tasty and served in minutes. The cashier’s name was abhar. Best customer service experience I’ve had in any fast food restaurant.

poor service. walked in and the cashier said she wanted to go home and was reluctant to serve us. When ordered fried chicken she said there wasn’t any left just because we came in a big group and she wanted to leave even though the store was still open. Poor !!!

Bought a spicy chicken burger only to sadly discover it's normal chicken covered in Siracha sauce. Rubbish go to KFC and get the one and only spicy burger.

You delivered cold, uncooked chicken to my family. (I have photos) Then you hung up on me when i rang to complain. Abysmal, absolutely abysmal on all fronts.
Update: adding insult to injury, you block my mobile number. I rang through on a different line to have you hang up on me and block that number. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, worst food I have ever been delivered and by far the worst excuse for "management" I have ever seen. Hang your head in shame.

Cold, undercooked chips..again.
Last time I took them back in and explained they were undercooked and the worker told me they weren’t and got annoyed at me for even suggesting it.
They were still frozen in the middle…
