Jungle Fun & Adventure

This place was around since I was a kid! Recently took my two children and we decided to never come back. It needs renovations but most importantly CONSTANT MAJOR DEEP CLEANING. It looks like all they do is sweep the main floor like once a month! It’s disgusting. It was December 24th and there were only like 6 other children there. No excuse for all the trash everywhere. Both my children woke up sick the following day after visiting this place. Please see pictures I’ve attached. Staff: please hire a professional cleaning company to do the deep cleaning. Then make sure to keep it up from there.

2 stars is being very kind to this place. I made the mistake of buying the Groupon for this before reading the reviews... But I thought I should see it for myself anyway. We took our 3 1/2 yo daughter and LUCKILY she was able to make a friend to roam around with because I don't think she would have liked it otherwise. The play area is HUGE for little kids... It's super dark (see pics) and very easy to get lost in. Parents can walk around the whole thing fine and there's plenty of seating. I couldn't get over how BAD the lighting was in the whole place and how ill-maintained it is. The bathrooms are a disaster. We walk in and one of the Hand Dryers is stuck On so it's like a sauna in there and the toilets were almost all dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place ... It needs A LOT of work and remodeling.

I've seen truck stop bathrooms that were cleaner than this place. The management has clearly let this place go and couldn't care less. There are months (if not years) worth of build ups of grime and dust in very easy to reach places, the back of the chairs are sticky, the carpet is torn in many places, there are diverse candy wrappers laying around everywhere (especially in the rides), the railing is worn and even broken in some places (not safe). We watched the staff step over a dirty bandage on the steps several times without cleaning it up. In one word this place is a dump!

Not for children under 8yo. This place is waaaay too big for children under 8yo. Easy to get separated. Hard to find/see kids. We had to have them call our kids to the front desk several times. Fun for older kids. We gave up on the "jungle" gym and corralled 4 kids ages 2-7 , in arcade. Expensive. We used groupon to get in. Spent $40+ on tokens for arcade. Got trinkets with 1000+tickets earned worth less than $2 😂 The place is pretty dirty. They take your kids shoes at the door. Even if they aren't going into the gym. So they had to walk around barefoot on the filthy floor of arcade. For bathroom I insisted on picking up my kids shoes. The kids working there were excellent. We got helped at various points of the day by 2 teen girls (maybe HS/college). They were so sweet, helpful and patient. You have to be patient here. The staff is overworked. They were definitely understaffed while we were there. Shocking to me considering the place was so packed on a weekday- seems they could afford at least 1-2 other minimum wage employees. Long lines at the only register. Long wait for arcade games to be refilled with tickets.

Huge play space. Wonderful hamster maze type multilevel interconnecting series of slides ladders tunnels tubes nets obstacles chutes crawling climbing jumping gigantic awesomeness. Plenty to keep kids running for hours. Not a fan of the arcade section. Overpriced, but lots of variety. Gives tickets kids can swap for junk at the counter. It's so sad how kids go gaga for all those ridiculous plastic spiders and candy lipgloss and whatever else they trade their tickets for. But, we all did it at that age too. Anyway, the play structure is great.

These guys really offer the best playroom for my kids and even great indoor activities for them. My kids really had a great time with them, and I'm thankful because they were able to take care of them beautifully. This place is certainly the best for parents and their children. Very worth it services! Highly recommended!
