I ordered the loaded mini tacos and all it was loaded with was a handful of lettuce and some cheese. I expected salsa and chives. They game me guacamole and hot sauce. Then the tacos are not filled with as much meat as advertised. The ends of the tacos were hard. But they had flavor on it.

I've never been in a Jack in a Box before, so I came in with an open mind. I found a sloppy, dingy establishment with sloppily prepared food, and a puddle in the middle of the dining area. The tables were dirty, and I wasn't even given a tray to eat on; although I specified I was dining in.
Skip this one. (or just use the drive through I guess)

Tried this place recently for the first time. I thought it was good and I love how they serve breakfast all day. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I ordered the Spicy Roost Fries and the Sriracha sandwich with curly fries and Dr pepper with light ice. My order was exactly the way I ordered it. They did forget to put the jalapenos on my sandwich that it showed in the picture. Will definitely eat here again.

Worst experience. Placed a simple order, 2 tacos, regular burger, onion rings and a soda. Ordered at 1:11 pm and was still waiting for order at 1:31 pm. 20 minutes and got food except onion rings. Tacos were cold. Went and asked for refund and was given new tacos. They were cold as well. Never going back to this establishment....

Worst customer service experience. They got mad because they messed up my order. Then proceeded to snatch the order out of my hand when I was giving it back. The girl in the picture is the manager. I hope they all get fired

Have not had this since living in Hawaii and miss it! So good. Location seemed short staffed and dining room was closed but staff did an amazing job with the drive through. Large order, everything correct and perfectly executed. The staff was on point!

I've been in the drive thru line trying to pick up a doordash order for 25 min. I finally got to the ordering window and Y'ALL HAVE 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING ALONE IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT!!! Why isn't the manager (or another manager) working? Why didn't you close since 2 person can't be expected to do the job of 5+ people?! Are you paying this sweet, overworked, overwhelmed person 5x her normal wages for the night? I doubt it but she definitely has earned it

First time there and food was very good. The young lady that took our order was FANTASTIC. If I was looking to hire a Customer Relations person, I would ask her.
