Starbucks

It took them over 15 min. to make a mocha. There are 4 people behind the counter the gentleman making drinks is working like crazy and a young lady taking orders the other two just looking busy. Ow and yelling at customer to please move so you can take more drinks, was priceless, now the drinks take 30 min to make.

The manager at this location is perfect. I went there a while ago and I saw how rudely a costumer was talking to her because they had waiting a "long" time for their drinks. She handle everything perfectly and she really needs a raise for just dealing with costumers like that in a daily basis. She is awesome and also recommended a very tasty drink for me since the pink drink that I always buy was out of stock. She is amazing!!

I was here on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all and that can always affect reviews. Starbucks are always generally the same so yeah. This one had nitrogen cold brew coffee which I wanted to try but it was broken when I was there. The people there were nice as usual. I got a simple iced soy vanilla coffee and it was good. All in all it was a very chill Starbucks.

Being Veterans Day holiday, the drive-thru was a VERY long line, so went inside. The 5+ employees were all smiling, working very hard, but a bit of a wait to get our orders. The patience and kindness of employees rang through, even when a few customers were losing patience...I ensured to thank your team for having such patience and continued kindness through this very stressful time - this brought even bigger smiles to staff, AS WELL as customers, who I think, were reminded that it WAS a day of remembrance, and most were off work, anyways!
