Ordered a tuna in a tub and it was definietly not up to par. It had a little lettuce that was wivered up . Manager was not helpful with my order since I ordered through post mates she said she could not help me at all. It os unacceptable to let any food come out of your eatablishement looking the way my food did. The workers need training on how to prepare high dollar food !

The purpose of ordering ahead is so that when I arrive after receiving an I"it's ready" notifications. That I don't have to wait in line for five people's subs to be prepared before I get mine!!!

This place is disgusting the girl with the long braids were digging in her ear and didn't wash her hands. The sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise. The manager plays with his employees. The sandwich had a nasty after taste.

This place was discussing the young gentleman didn't even care when I told him that it's nasty. He didn't care to clean it up and the bacon was on the cook.

We normally love jersey mikes, this is a bad location. We have had multiple bad experiences at this location. We ordered a normal turkey sub "mikes way". There was so much seasoning on the sandwich we could not eat it.

Wow it has been a while since I have been to this JM, but what a change. All new and clean inside and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back more often.

I always have a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. However, the Concord Mills location is always a step above. Recently, I went there for my normal Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese, and was helped by a young man named Logan. He was extremely polite and helpful, and he even remembered my side of Red Pepper Relish when I forgot about it. My sandwich wouldn't have been the same without the Red Pepper Relish. Great job Logan.
