Marco's Pizza

My family and I ordered 3 pizzas. We ordered 2 pizzas with white sauce and we received those pizzas with tomato sauce on them. Those pizzas were ordered for my family members allergic to tomato sauce. We called Marcos to either get a refund or the right pizzas. The store manager then told us that they made the pizzas right and we ordered them wrong. Our receipt says that we ordered them with white sauce. Extremely poor customer service. The manager, Tim, continued to tell us that we were in the wrong and that we were not going to get a refund at all.

I am so upset with my experience here. Usually it is top of the line fantastic but not this time. Our pizzas came and we realized they were wrong, this has happened before but has always been handled very very professionally. We called to tell them what was going on, we finally get a manager on the line. I must say, I am appalled by the way he conducted himself, 0 customer service. He was very combative, arrogant and just nonchalant. It took 20 minutes of arguing to get this resolved. He was told that corporate would be called,his response was he would be returning our call from corporate... This is a great place but the manager is quite lacking.

First of all, I love the pizza including the pricing and service. This past week I had my only "incident" when our pizza showed up totally wiped out inside the carton. We called the location and we were delivered a new pie that was probably expedited ahead of other orders on this Friday night....no charge of course-no questions ask. This is how a successful business operates. Thank you Marco's and staff. As always, the pizza was perfect.

I don’t know who made my pizza delivery for my order on 11/07 around 5pm but they did a damn good job. This was my second time ordering from this location and I was NOT disappointed. Everything was perfect, I will continue to order here, hopefully I will not have to go back on this comment in the future :)

I accidentally order online at this location not paying attention. So I called to cancel the order. The lady told me my money will be reimbursed on my card. I checked my bank account and the money was pending to come back in green at the same time pending to go out in red. I rechecked my account and it was pending back in red with another pending in red which was 0. Why did you guy's still take my money ? I live way... in New Orleans. I'll call back tomorrow or I'll just get them on a theft charge. That's not cool at all.

I’m creating a review account solely to leave this review after a HORRIBLE experience. I usually love Marcos and have never had a problem until now. We ordered over $50 worth of food and pre-tipped $10 only to have our food marked as delivered an hour later without ever receiving our food. We called 20 minutes after it had been marked as delivered and spoke with one person who said give it another 10-15 minutes. I called 10 minutes later to be told the delivery driver delivered it and rang the door bell for contact-less delivery, we were in the living room the whole time and have a ring doorbell, the food was never delivered to our home. I was then told “the delivery driver is 99% sure he delivered it to the right house”, I then informed them that I had a ring doorbell that recorded anybody coming to my door and he never did. She then said they could send a new order out but it would be another hour, this is an hour and 45 minutes after we had ordered. Don’t waste your money at this joke of a delivery store.
